POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for supporting customers through the process of finding work, connecting with the development team, and delivering the job.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and collect customer needs, analyze and summarize information to provide a suitable solution.
- Contact customers to confirm needs, advise solutions, and close contracts.
- Communicate customer requirements to the development team accurately and fully.
- Track the progress and quality of the product, ensuring that the product meets the customer’s requirements.
- Resolve issues that arise during product development and delivery to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, economics, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
